Rising Pop Talent Nano Talrose Explores Managing Anxiety On New Release ‘Talk You Down’

Rising talent Nano Talrose releases his second single Talk You Down, a heartfelt indie pop number that centres on supporting a partner when they have anxiety. With incredibly human lyrics and a heartfelt vocal tone, Nano has delivered a charming and authentic release with the track.

Inspired by conversations shared with his best friend, Nano felt moved to produce the supportive release. He notes: “When you are involved with someone who is facing anxiety, overthinking and worrying, you have to be aware that this mental state is not something they can easily control.”

Talk You Down sees Nano sing “Your heart is all I know when I’m alone” capturing the reassuring nature of the track. Heartfelt lyrics paired with rousing pop production and Nano’s soulful vocals ensure the track is racked with conviction.

Nano adds: “You have to be willing to read the signs to support them. Do not get defensive, upset and cause arguments if they question things due to nervousness. No matter how many times your person needs to feel special, just do it and be understanding.”
