New York born pop talent, model and dancer, Stewart Taylor releases his latest single Cover Boy this weekend. The track is a sexually-charged, slinky pop anthem that sees Stewart radiate charisma and cool.
“I should be your cover boy, your front and centre lover boy” sings Stewart against simmering electronic production from DWhit. Stewart co-writes with Benjamin Samama, which shines through the singer’s soulful vocals and funk-flavoured rhythms.
Cover Boy follows Stewart’s 2019 single Mess Your Hair up which has gone on to reach near 200,000 streams on Spotify. Throughout his career, Stewart has worked with Grammy-nominated songwriters Kara DioGuardi (P!nk, Katy Perry), Charlie Puth (Wiz Khalifa) Jayson DeZuzio (Imagine Dragons) and David Pramik (Selena Gomez). The funk-flavoured debut was a fantastic introduction to Stewart who has an undeniably bright future ahead of himself in the pop world.
Now based in Los Angeles, Stewart is an active voice in the LGBT community with his coming out story featured in the New York Times bestseller, It Gets Better: Coming Out, Overcoming Bullying, and Creating a Life Worth Living.
