KEiiNO and Peder Elias Shine on Hopeful Powerhouse Collaboration ‘A New Beginning’

2022 has been a bumper year for new KEiiNO music with the Norwegian pop trio delivering just short of their tenth single of the year. The Spirit in the Sky hitmaker’s latest track is A New Beginning which sees them collaborate with rising fellow countryman, Peder Elias.

Uniting for a fantastic cause, initiated by PwC Norge as part of their Julekalender which sees the organisation pay for the production of twelve songs to benefit part of society that his been hit hard by lockdowns and COVID restrictions. The result is A New Beginning, a track centred on fresh starts and the excitement a new year brings – penned by a supersquad including Alexander Olsson, Alexandra Rotan, Carl-Viktor Guttormsen, Fred Buljo, Peder Elias and Tom Hugo.

It is fantastic to hear KEiiNO welcome Peder on board with the vocalist shining alongside Alexandra atop the powerhouse Europop production. This is a big hopeful pop banger that sees Alexandra and Peder sing “I’ve been waiting for tonight / But tonight I wanna start somewhere new / A new beginning…” against pounding synths and drum beats. We are very ready for whatever KEiiNO have in store for us in 2022.
