The Busker made up of David Meilak, Jean Paul Borg and Sean Meachen deliver no-holds-barred joy on their latest single Talking Back. The Maltese pop trio deliver slinky sax, smooth vocals, and lyrics dripping with cool and humour on the number which is their first new song of 2024.
The musicians share: “A song about the courage it takes to Talk Back when your self respect is threatened. We’re so excited to share this with you as we’ve been keeping it on a down low since December.”
The group sees David, JP and Sean collaborate with Maltese jewellery firm Carisma Collections with the stars being behind the company’s men’s line.
Fans will fondly remember The Busker for their vastly underrated Eurovision Song Contest entry Dance (Our Own Party) in 2023. They were followed by the excellent and equally underrated Sarah Bonnici in 2024.
