Kylie Minogue Blends Cool and Camp on New Banger ‘Lights Camera Action’, Reveals ‘Tension II’ LP

Kylie Minogue gives us a fresh taste of upcoming sequel album Tension II with the fiery new electronic pop anthem Lights Camera Action. The new single sees Kylie co-write with Ina Wroldsen and Lewis Thompson – the latter also crafting the new tune’s powerhouse dance production. Arriving on October 18th, Tension II is packed with eight previously unheard tracks and four previously dropped collaborations.

Lights Camera Action is a perfect modern Kylie banger – shimmering with Kylie’s seductive vocal, brimming with lyrics that seamlessly blend cool and camp (‘My armour is by Gaultier’ and ‘I got shades on my face and I’m looking like Lagerfeld’s in Vogue‘), and slick electronic sounds.

Kylie said: “The Tension era has been so special to me … I can’t possibly let it be over just yet! Welcome to Tension II.” She’ll be further immersed in the Tension era next year with a variety of global tour dates now on sale – including a number of UK dates.
