KEiiNO Channel Upbeat Nineties Pop on New Track ‘Say It Like That’

KEiiNO deliver their fourth single of 2024, the high energy Say It Like That, which follows their anthems Damdiggida and DISCO. The signature sound of the Norwegian pop favourites is apparent in the powerful vocals of the trio and unmistakable production style, helping assert the number as yet another KEiiNO classic.

Release notes share:“Say It Like That is about a relationship that isn’t the easiest but still feels worth working on.” The number was penned in Helsinki together with one of Finland’s most prominent songwriters and producers, Atso Soivio. Recording took place in Norway where producer, the band’s Tom Hugo, packed in a variety of live instrumentation.

The live instrumentation aimed to give the track a gentle nod to nineties guitar-centric scandipop, whilst interestingly the band’s Fred Buljo delivers vocals which supports Alexandra Rotan and Tom Hugo, in favour of the traditional joiks.
