Polish star Kuba Szmajkowski is always a highlight of National Final season and the musician again makes moves towards representing Poland in the contest with his new single Pray. The number follows Kuba’s previous entries Lovesick (2022) and You Do Me (2023)
Building with an acoustic guitar bassline, Kuba delivers a soulful vocal as the tempo builds and backing vocals create a rousing high energy pop number. The star’s vocals builds with a skilful ease whilst the track swaggers with an anthemic energy. Kuba is an impressive live vocalist, so we have no doubt he will be able to deliver this in the live setting of Polish national final Polskie Kwalifikacje 2025.
Recently Kuba collaborated with Swedish star Liamoo on Running With Lightning. Regardless of his Eurovision success, we are hopeful that Pray is the start of plenty of new music from the talented twenty-two year old.
