Australian rising talent Toby Hobart impresses with his new single Cannibal, a track which tackles the concept of people pre-judged by those who don’t know you. The breezy number is co-written and co-produced by Toby alongside James Angus, and follows Toby’s previous 2025 single Better.
Toby shares: “Extra proud of this one… really feels like something you could hear in a stadium (humbly manifesting). It’s about what I imagine it would be like to be scrutinised in the public eye…but also, just how some people make their mind up about you without knowing much…”
Toby brings smooth and soulful vocals to the fold, adding a pleasant optimism to a track which delves into some tough themes.
