New Jersey native John Roberts drops new single Take Me Dancin’ this week. It’s a striking club friendly number with smooth vocals and a soaring BPM rate that commands listeners to the dancefloor. The singer shares: “Building off of what we started with the last album and elevating the sound a bit more, ‘Take Me Dancin” has a bigger sound and more pop vibe. More drama.”
Take Me Dancin’ sees John join forces with Eugenio Sanchez Jr aka Junior Sanchez on the track, crafting a real house inspired nineties influenced club number. The number follows their previous collaboration, John’s thirteen track studio album Lights Out, released back in 2021 and featuring guest vocalists Debbie Harry and Beth Ditto. John also collaborated with Harry on Blondie’s album Pollinator, collaborating on the track Love Level.
John also followed his Lights Out album with an accompanying remix album.
