Louise continues the journey to her new Greatest Hits LP which is set to include a number of retouched versions of classic tracks as well as some new tracks including the freshly released Super Magic. One such new version to feature on the upcoming collection is Just a Step from Heaven.
The track which originally hit #8 in the UK charts with Eternal, gets a smooth new redux from Louise and producers Steve Anderson and Wayne Russell. The musician shared on Instagram: “I’m so pleased you’re all loving this new version of it – hope I’ve done the Eternal girls proud. Just A Step is such an empowering song I love that it’s bringing back so many memories for so many of you!”
Louise recently took to BBC Radio 2’s Piano Room and will also be headlining a London date at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on June 1st. Louise’s Greatest Hits will follow the day after and will contain the singer’s solo gems including classics such as 2Faced, Naked and Arms Around the World feature – as well as fan favourites Pandora’s Kiss, Lead Me On and Stretch – the latter two of which featured on stellar comeback LP Heavy Love.
