Last year we were met with the exciting news that Cypriot broadcaster CyBC and Panik Records had internally selected Andrew Lambrou to represent Cyprus at the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest. Andrew’s name should be familiar to Eurovision fans as he competed with the high energy Electrify at 2022’s Eurovision: Australia Decides. The talent with Cypriot family heritage now releases his entry, the tremendous Break a Broken Heart.
For the single, Andrew collaborates with a stellar team including Marcus Winther-John, Thomas Stengaard, Jimmy “Joker” Thörnfeldt, and Jimmy Jansson – all creatives with Eurovision success under the belts.
Break a Broken Heart has all the emotion of a rousing Eurovision anthem with Andrew contributing powerhouse vocals and a sincerity to his delivery, whilst sweeping modern production ensures this will be a stadium-ready hit.
Andrew will be competing in semi-final two alongside fellow Panik Records talent Victor Vernicos, who represents Greece.
