Despite twenty-five years in the music industry as part of UK girl group icons Atomic Kitten, Natasha Hamilton had not delighted us with any official solo music – until now. The Liverpudlian pop talent releases Edge of Us, a track that draws influence from the UK dance scene.
Set to be the first taste of Natasha’s debut EP, Edge of Us sees the singer-songwriter sing of overcoming tough times. The musician shares: “Edge Of Us marks a thrilling homage to the torturous feelings that haunt you when it comes to the end of a relationship. It delves into the depths of all emotions and feelings, yet ultimately celebrates the courage to say ‘enough’ and walk away from what no longer aligns with you.”
Natasha continues: “This song resonates as a powerful anthem of resilience, inspiring people to embrace their inner strength and make bold, transformative choices.”
On the release, Natasha tells fans: “I can’t believe I’m finally saying this – my first solo track is here! After pouring my heart and soul into ‘Edge Of Us,’ it’s unreal to see it come to life. I hope you feel the passion and energy I put into recording it.”
Edge of Us is written by Ben Wynter, Dominic Husbands, Gabi Feldman, Lee Hing Coa, and Natasha Hamilton. Production is provided by Wynter, Coa and Husbands. It’s a high octane pop treat and a welcome introduction to Natasha as soloist. Plus, who doesn’t love to see a hun smashing it?
