Interview: Countess Luann De Lesseps On UK Cabaret Tour, Being a Gay Icon, and Legendary RHONY Moments

She’s the Real Housewives of New York favourite turned cabaret icon who is set to take the UK by storm. Countess Luann De Lesseps spent some time with Culture Fix to chat about what fans can expect from her upcoming UK and Ireland Marry F Kill performance dates, discuss her iconic back catalogue of pop delights, and dish on some of the most legendary RHONY moments.

Luann delved into what it takes to make a high-energy cabaret show (which may or not involve costume jewellery and the bongos), discusses some of the legendary songs that are due to get the Countess spin in her show, and the songs that send the crowd wild. In the show, fans can expect to hear Luann’s classic anthems Chic C’est La Vie, Money Can’t Buy You Class and Feeling Jovani – as well as new disco influenced track Marry F Kill, which receives a dance makeover thanks to DJ Tracy Young this week.

We couldn’t resist hearing about some of Luann’s most quoted Real Housewives lines, the advice she would give to herself when signing onto RHONY in 2007, and who would take part in Luann’s Ultimate Girls Trip cast.
