Albin Tingwall sings about reaching the ripe old age of 27 on his latest single of the same name. The Swedish Idol runner-up co-writes the track about living life to the fullest alongside Herman Gardarfve and Jens Hult, with Gardarfve concocting the energetic and breezy production.
The song sees Albin sing about wanting to make it past 27 – the age which took stars such as Brian Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Kurt Cobain, and Amy Winehouse. The number sees Albin inject some positivity into one could have been quite a sombre topic, yet the Swedish star focusses more on the angle of living your best life on the number.
The track marks Albin’s first single since his Melodifestivalen 2024 entry Done Getting Over You which saw him make it to the Final Qualification round.
