Julian Guba is a Vienna-based independent artist with the star making a name for himself with slick pop tracks such as Carolyn and Loser Like You. Julian’s most recent track is the addictive Amy-Ivy, which the star actually released back in April, but it’s never too late to feature good music.
A multi-faceted creative – Julian sings, writes and produces the track – not to mention directing and starring in its official video, which you can watch above. With addictive electronic production and smooth pop vocals, Amy-Ivy is a scintillating club anthem, brimming with hooks that get locked in your head. Julian has crafted a powerhouse dance number that shines as one of his strongest releases yet.
Eurovision Song Contest fans will be keen to know that Julian came within a hair’s width of representing Austria at the 2024 contest, progressing well through the country’s internal selection. We have no doubt that Julian would make a fantastic representative for Austria in future years.
On the new track, Julian shared: “It‘s a really special one for me, as I took part in the Eurovision 2024 internal selection for Austria with it, and it got me a really decent placing.”
