Latvian all-round entertainer Markus Riva last blessed us with an English language studio album back in 2018 with his impressive album I CAN. The musician and Supernova regular ends the wait with a fresh new English language album in the form of Bigger Than This, a nine track set which includes some new tracks and some of Markus’s biggest tracks from 2024.
Including singles Lose Control, Dance It Away, Far From Me, Bye Bye Baby and Ice Ice Cold, the album is created by Markus alongside Ukrainian producer Roman Nepomiashchyi. Boasting dark electronic pop sounds that throwback to nineties house sounds, Markus sounds his best atop the intoxicating moody production from Roman.
This also marks another exciting first for Markus, the album will be the The X Factor host’s first on vinyl. You can order this here.
In other exciting news, Markus will be returning to the Supernova stage in 2025 with Bigger Than This, with the hope of representing Latvia at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2025.
