Andy Bell rose to prominence with his extensive catalogue as part of British dancepop pioneers Erasure, but has also established a solid solo career. The star has previously released electronic pop solo albums Electric Blue in 2005 and Non-Stop in 2010, now following this up with Ten Crowns – due for release on 2 May 2025 via Crown Recordings.
Andy accompanies the news of his upcoming studio LP with its lead single Breaking Thru The Interstellar – a bombastic electropop anthem that sees Andy collaborate with US producer Dave Audé – who works with the Erasure icon on the full set.
The accompanying album description shares: “Andy Bell (Erasure) releases a new solo album, “Ten Crowns”, on May 2nd. The new album features 10 brand new tracks of dazzling, joyous pop, inspired by the dancefloor and gospel, which includes an incredible collaboration with Andy Bell’s idol Debbie Harry.” Fans will remember Andy sang of a DHDQ (Debbie Harry Drag Queen) on his album Non-Stop and now collaborates with the legend herself on the new album.
